Introduction

Quest Codes is a fan-made Roblox codes and game-guide website operated from China. Public guides can be read without creating an account. This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected, why it is used, which services may process it, and the choices available to visitors.

Information We Collect

Quest Codes currently uses or may use these providers:

• Google Analytics to understand aggregate site usage and page performance. Google Analytics may process cookies, device and browser information, approximate location, IP-derived information, page URLs, and interaction events. See Google's Privacy Policy and the Google Analytics privacy controls.
• Google AdSense to serve and measure advertising. Google and its advertising partners may place or read cookies on a visitor's browser, or use web beacons, IP addresses, device identifiers, advertising identifiers, and similar technologies to collect information from this site.
• Google Privacy & Messaging or another Google-certified consent platform to collect and communicate consent choices where required.

Advertising and Cookies

Google's use of advertising cookies may allow Google and its partners to serve ads based on a visitor's prior visits to Quest Codes or other websites. Where required, visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland are shown a consent message before personalized advertising storage is used. Quest Codes is a general-audience guide service and is not designed to collect personal information from children under 13. Public guide pages do not require an account, and public registration is disabled. Account access is restricted to existing authorized users. Children should not send personal information through email or other contact channels without permission from a parent or guardian.

We do not knowingly use personalized advertising for a visitor we know is a child. If we learn that personal information was collected from a child without appropriate permission, we will take reasonable steps to delete it and apply the appropriate child- or teen-directed advertising treatment. A parent or guardian can contact us to request review or deletion.

Retention

We keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above:

• Account records are retained while an account is active and for a limited period needed for security, legal, backup, and fraud-prevention purposes after deletion.
• Contact messages are retained while a request is handled and as needed to document corrections or legal compliance.
• Security and operational logs are retained according to Cloudflare and application security settings and may be kept longer when needed to investigate abuse.
• Analytics and advertising information is retained according to the configured Google and Cloudflare retention controls and applicable law.

We may retain minimal records when required to comply with law, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, or enforce agreements.

Your Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent. You may also:

• Use Google Ads Settings or the site's consent controls to manage advertising choices.
• Block or delete cookies through browser settings, understanding that account and preference features may stop working.
• Request account or message-data deletion by emailing contact@questcodes.com from the relevant email address.
• Object to or ask questions about analytics, advertising, or security processing by contacting us.

We may need to verify a request before acting on it. If a request cannot be completed, we will explain the reason when applicable.

International Processing

Quest Codes is operated from China and uses service providers that may process information in other countries. Privacy protections and government-access rules may differ by location. Providers use their own legal transfer mechanisms where required.
